General Notary Services:
For individuals, RMV Notary provides convenient mobile services when documents need to be notarized. We provide both convenience and privacy by meeting you at a convenient time and place of your choice. Late afternoons, early evenings, and weekends preferred. Standard California Notarization Fees applied at $15/notarized signature, plus other costs if needed such as travel fee, print/copy services, witness fees, etc.

Certified Trust Delivery Agent Services:

For individuals and families, I guide you through the process of signing, notarizing and witnessing your estate planning documents such as: Wills, Living Trusts, Advance Healthcare Directives, Durable Power of Attorney documents, HIPPA forms, and more, no matter if you created them on your own, via an online service or by your attorney. As a Notary Public and Certified Trust Delivery Agent, we make certain that no signatures, dates or initials are missed. As part of the Trust Delivery Service, I can introduce the documents to you, go over the documents with you to help verify that the information contained is as you had expected, collect and notarize signatures as required, and coordinate or supply witnesses as needed.

LegalShield Independent Associate:
For individuals, families and small business owners, you may often have a need for legal advice or to have legal documents drawn up or contracts reviewed, but most people don't ask for the help they need because legal fees seem scary, expensive and not easily estimated in advance. For about $1 per day a monthly legal plan like LegalShield is kind of like insurance, but your rates don't go up if you use it. It is paid monthly so that you have a lawyer at your fingertips (actually in your mobile phone as an app or phone number). Just one click and you can ask any questions or discuss a new situation to get advice. Just getting your will revised can cost up to $2400, but for $1 a day to have this peace of mind you can write, ad modify your will as many times as you want; prepare your Living Will / healthcare directive, etc and can call every day if needed for legal advice. Other services offered include IDShield for identity theft monitoring and restoration services and personal reputation monitoring (social media, etc). If you lose your wallet or your social security number is stolen, you'll have a team who knows what to do and handles it all for you for no additional cost beyond your monthly subscription.
